Most of my closings are first homes between $180K and $340K, and that budget looks different in every town: a townhome in Pineville, a brick ranch in Kannapolis, a new build in Locust with an acre, or a resale in Indian Trail inside Union County schools. Knowing each market street by street — not just "Charlotte" — is how my clients win offers and avoid overpaying.
I live in the Midland / Cabarrus County area and my office is Keller Williams Realty · Ballantyne Area in south Charlotte, so the corridors between them — Monroe, Mint Hill, Harrisburg, Concord — are my daily drive. North to Salisbury and Lake Norman, east to Albemarle, west to Gastonia: I show, list and close in all of them, in English or Spanish.
