I specialize in first-time buyers, especially those who arrive with questions about credit, savings or down payment assistance. I know the NC programs and the participating lenders' programs, and what I do is explain them calmly so you can see which ones might apply to you — no promises, no pressure, because every case is different.
I work across the whole Charlotte metro, not just the city: Charlotte, Matthews, Mint Hill, Pineville and Huntersville in Mecklenburg County; Monroe, Indian Trail, Stallings, Waxhaw and Weddington in Union County; Concord, Kannapolis, Harrisburg and Midland in Cabarrus County; Salisbury and Rowan County; Albemarle, Locust and Stanly County; and Gastonia and Gaston County.
