Is the whole process in Spanish?
Yes. I speak Spanish and English, and every document, call and negotiation happens in the language you're comfortable in. If the other side speaks English, I translate and explain.
How much do you charge?
The first call is free. An agent's compensation is negotiable and not set by law; before we tour homes we sign a written buyer agency agreement that states what I'm paid and how, and we go through it together line by line.
Can I buy with an ITIN?
Some lenders offer loans for ITIN tax filers, usually with a larger down payment and subject to qualification. Read the ITIN mortgage guide and let's talk through your case.
Do you work in South Carolina?
No. My license is North Carolina only. If you're looking in Fort Mill, Rock Hill or Indian Land, I'll gladly refer you to a trusted colleague.
Are you a separate company?
No. Casa con Alma is my personal brand; I'm a real estate broker affiliated with Keller Williams Realty · Ballantyne Area, and every transaction runs through my Keller Williams office.
